Christmas Pictures

I love celebrating Christmas. Actually, its my fave holiday. I enjoy wrapping gifts and labeled it from Santa. So funny because my siblings believe that it was really from Santa Clause. Since they are old enough now, I still didn’t change it and I am excited the time when Gareth and Ayumi will read the gift cards. 🙂

Anyway, here are some of the pictures!

Merry Christmas!

Christmas is a time of giving thanks for all the blessings. It is also the right time of looking back for all the things happened in our lives. I have so many things to be thankful for. I never expected that our life will be transform this way and I am forever grateful for everything.

Despite of trials that we experienced this year, I never loose hope. Instead I continue my trust to God and believe that everything will be over.

So from my family, I want to greet you all a Merry Christmas!

Realization

Everyday, I am checking online the update about the Sendong Flood in CDO. Yes, I am very affected because I have relatives and friends that are still missing.

I am thankful that my immediate families are safe. But everytime I watched the videos about the missing persons and those who are still looking for their friends and relatives it really breaks my heart.

I realized that we should be very grateful for every little things we have. Treasure each moments we have with our families. We give time to our families and friends. We should not be materialistic. We should appreciate our life and be always thankful.

I pray to God to heal the people of CDO.

A Very Shocking Day

Around 2 a.m my cousin from Cagayan de Oro called me to inform that there is a flood. We are very worried because some of our relatives are living near the river. I checked online news but it seems that it is not updated so I just slept. Early morning, I received another call that the whole village was wiped out. I was so worried!

Luckily my relatives are safe! They got a chance to save all the kids before the water went up so high. I really can’t imagine myself what they are going through. I am worried for my little cousins and the babies.

When I was 4 years old, while we are still staying in CDO, I also experienced the flash floods and since then we avoided staying near the river.

I really wish that they can overcome this tragic moment and I pray so hard to God that they will be heal soon.

I already sent clothes that is supposed to be my Christmas presents for them and I know that they will need more. If you want to help my relatives and friends at CDO please leave a comment.

Here are some of the pictures I got online. It really breaks my heart!

Busy Week

It’s a busy week. I am meeting high school friends since weekend. I don’t have much time blogging but I will post more maybe this weekend.

I am also busy preparing for Gareth’s Christmas Parties. I need to buy more gifts and of course wrap it too tomorrow. I will be attending my cousin’s birthday and I know we will stay late because of more chikas!

Anyway, last weekend after attending baptism we stranded in Binondo area because of some car problem.

We stayed almost 4 hours infront of this Chinese Church, where the “talyer” located.

We also went to Mac because hubby wants new headphone. His Christmas gift from me. 😛

I decorated my tree a zillion times already because kids are keep on pulling the decor. So added more gold accents and big ribbons. 🙂

I really miss eating seaweeds so had our dinner at Dampa sa Libis.

After watching the Happy Feet 2, I craved for shrimp! If you don’t know why, please watch the movie. 🙂

We watched Happy Feet 2 with Gareth and he loves the story. He keeps on laughing and giggling the whole time!

So that’s it!!

How’s your week?

Patiently Waiting

Our remittance is delay. This is  one of the hardest time if you are working as a freelancer. We agreed that the payment will be send monthly on every first Friday of the month but until now we don’t have it yet. There was a delayed in sending it because the one incharge was in a vacation. So here we are still waiting.

I hope it will show in my account as soon as possible because I have payables. I need to start my Christmas shopping too and it is somewhat late already. I hope it will come before weekends.

The waiting is killing me and I am not really good in it.
