Never Give Up

Just right in time…

We are finally done in our office construction. We set up the computers and the internet perfectly! Yesterday, we had our mass hiring and we finally got the best!

While doing some interviews, I was quite impressed and somewhat reminisced those times that I was the one applying for a job. I remember how I started it all. I still remember those days that I need to walk the Makati Business Center or Ortigas Business Center and distributed my resumes. I still remember the commutes, the interviews, exams and sometimes the turn downs of offers.

Back in 2000, when the call center was first started in the Philippines, there were few companies back then and when I was finally hired, I was really having fun. I met good friends that until now we are still connected. Some of them are still in the call center industry but in a higher position. They were really good and I am so proud of them.

When I got married, I decided to stop working in a call center because I wanted to focus on building my family. It was hard for me but family always comes first. I started working when I was 16 years old and since then I never stop working. For the past 10 years, I am a Work at Home Mom. I build team all over the Philippines but only this year when I decided to have a physical office.

Having a physical office for our BPO is one of my dreams and now that we are having it, I am so thankful to God.

Before we finally have it, I’ve had sleepless nights. There are days that I want to give up this dream but I believe that one day it will come true. I had anxiety and worries a lot. During those days, I just hold on to my dreams because I believe that eventually I can have it.

I never give up!

Everyday we always talk about it and we always have the plans keep playing in my head. Hubby is my mentor and my shock absorbent during those times.

When I don’t know what to do anymore, we went to Church, we went to watch movies, chill time at coffee shop, read more books and watched Netflix movies. I was distracted a little bit but most of the time I am thinking of my business.

Then finally we are here! After months here we are and you know what… I am so damn READY for this! Thanks to those months when I was in a bottom, thanks to those months when I thought that I should give up on my dreams.. because those were the best months. Those were the times when we were molded to make this things possible.

Here we are, we are now training our team. We will be having our weekend training for our full operation on Monday.

I know that there will be more to learn and to experience but we are so ready. I know that someday when we will look back, I know that this will definitely make us smile.

I am thankful for nights that turned into mornings, friends that turned into family and dreams that turned into reality.

To God be the Glory!
