My Date

We went to BGC because I need to meet a friend. It was raining but we decided to go with Gareth.

He seldom go out, so we thought that we should let him have a day out with us.

I met a friend at Figaro. We let him ate rice with longganisa. This is us while waiting for our order.

After at Figaro, we just go around the area and do some quick shopping then we went inside the Fully Booked and got so tired. Then we went inside the Starbucks to have a cold drinks. We never ordered coffee this time since we don’t have plan to stay longer.

We also stayed outside and have some fresh air.

Gareth loves music and spotify is his favorite lately. We installed it to his gadget but since we forgot to bring it, he borrowed my phone while we were enjoying our drinks.

Going out with him is really fun. He keeps us so busy attending him. He also loves to eat and just want to chill. But we never let him stayed in the coffee shop for long because we wanted him to keep walking. He needs to see more people and be exposed in different places.

Though he is a special kid, we wanted to expose him outside his comfort zone. There were days that he just want to stay at home, but we don’t want him to do that. So we decided to let him go with us everytime we got a chance.

 

Weekend

I decided to have a quick weekend getaway to Tagaytay. I need to visit our school with my friends.

We had our quick stopover to have my favorite coffee from Coffee Bean.

I always feel good when I got a chance to visit SOM and to be with Sr. Riza.

When I have this personal trouble, I just talk to her then everything feels so light.

We had our dinner at Dencio’s Tagaytay. My favorite spot since it has a perfect overlooking of the Taal.

If I get rich, I will buy a house or a condo in Tagaytay. 🙂

Xavier’s Day Out

Friday

After Xavier’s class we decided to bring him to the office and have a day out. We also went to the nearby mall to have his favorite train ride.

While at the office, he was watching YouTube. Lately he’s addicted in Baby Shark song and dance. I will post the video here soon…

 

Comfort Food

PMSing again..

So I was craving for the simplest food..

I wanted a fried pork with lots of chili in a soy sauce.

This simply made me feel so good. I ate 2 cups of rice because of this and it’s really satisfying.

I just requested this ones in a while, specially if I wanted the simplest food ever! hahhah

 

At UCC

Yesterday I had my meeting at Podium so we decided to have it at UCC since I already missed their pasta.

So while waiting, I have this one.

I also have this mushroom soup that really made me feel good.

Salted Egg Yolk

I heard so much about this salted egg yolk.

When we were at Podium, I got a chance to try this one and I love it.

While I was at the mall, I don’t know but it doesn’t appeal to me anymore. Maybe I am just thinking so much and going to the mall is not helping anymore to brighten my mood.

Off To School

Did you know that it’s my dream to take my kids to school, specially with Ayumi. When Ayumi turned 2 years old, I am really looking forward of taking her to school.

I always wanted her at the passenger seat while driving and hear her stories but those things never happened. It really breaks my heart everytime I remember that simple wish of mine.

Fast Forward…

Now I am taking Xavier to school. One time his dad needs to do something and can’t drive Xavier to school so I am the one who bring him to school. Actually his school is just 5 minute drive from our house but it really mean something for me that I have a chance to do it now.

To some parents, it might be an ordinary thing, but for me, it’s really a big deal. I never got a chance to do it with Ayumi and now that Xavier is in the passenger seat and the whole time I am listening to his stories… actually he has a lot of stories that it was a never ending convo with him. I love every moment of it.

This was taken before we leave the house so he was not wearing the seat belt yet.

I am glad that this time he has this habit of wearing the seat belt because he really hates it the first time. We make sure to let him used to it for his safety.

 

Yes, I was wearing my oversized shades because I was not wearing any make up that time. My eyebrow was not made… ahhaha 

Actually, I was not yet sleeping that time. I was working late for the projects and it was really taking much of my time and energy. But having this moment with Xavier is really something that made me feel good despite of the chaos around me.

This is one of the perks of being a Mom and I think I will never trade this experienced to anything in this world.
