>Getting There..

>I missed posting something new here!!

I am now more focused on losing weight. I am working out 3 times a week and so far I like the feeling. I am more active and my blood sugar drops too. It never goes up to 200.
The exercise is not that easy but since hubby is with me so its never boring. I am looking forward of posting my weight loss next time…

>Trying…

>My blood sugar seems complicated to handle. Sometimes it goes higher than I expected. I feel so down and got frustrated of the result but I have no choice but to face this one.

I decided to stop my medication. It just causes me stomachache, palpitations and uneasy. I hate the feeling. I want to lower my blood sugar in a natural way. The best way is exercise, I need to lower my weight because as you can see I am overweight. If I can control my weight then the rest will follow.
So for the coming weeks I have no other options but to religiously do my workout. I hope next month, my blood sugar is lower.
Please pray for me…

>This is IT!

>It’s been a week since I decided to start working out. I had a great time at the gym but always had a hard time pulling myself to rise. I wake up late most of the time…

Early this afternoon is my first meeting with my trainer. She’s nice and willing to help me lose weight. We do all the necessary physical test today and it’s not easy to do.
Tomorrow is the first day of my intensive work out. Oh God!! help me… the trainer is keeps on calling me to remind me of our meeting and that alone will help me wake up early.
I think this is it!!

>Health Check

>2 days ago I got a call that my insurance was declined due to health reasons. I had a feeling that it is because of my blood sugar so I never wasted time and went to Clinica Manila for the lab test. I also talked to an Endo for evaluation and then…

My blood sugar is high. I was shocked because I thought everything is back to normal since I gave birth. I almost cried at the clinic but I realized this is not the end of the world for me. I have to do something for this.
I told hubby everything and he was so worried. He eventually enrolled me at Fitness First. I was so down that day.
Yesterday was my first day at the gym and so far I love it. Well, I always enjoying at the gym but due to my work I stopped working out but I think it’s about time to prioritize my health.
Well, losing weight is just my second option but my main purpose is to normalize my blood sugar.
I also need to watch my diet and here’s the guide:
I hope everything goes well.

>The Result

>After nong nangyari sa husband ko, hindi ko hinayaan na hindi sya papacheck up, as in general check up talaga. So nagstart kami sa Blood and urine nya.

I am very thankful to God.

>Trauma

>Two days ago, I never thought I would experience the worst. My husband lost his consciousness while working.

After that incident, dinala ko agad sya sa hospital and had his general check up. I was so worried for his health. I am thankful to God that all the results are okay and he is not having any serious illness.
He is now taking meds for his UTI and hopefully he will recover soon. He keeps on saying that he’s okay but still I am very watchful. I just can’t sit and watch!
Takot pa rin ako.. hindi ko pa rin sya pwedeng paalisin na mag isa. From now on sobrang ingat na kami sa mga foods nya at kung pagod na kelangan talaga magpahinga agad.
I hope it will not happen again.

>Relieved

>Yesterday, I accompanied my sister to meet a surgeon. She was complaining a breast mass since 2003 but since she don’t want to havecheck up so it was a long delay before I finally convinced her. When the doctor check the breast mass and its not cancerous.

I was relieved when I finally hear the news.

>Are you Worrying?

>
N1H1 Virus is here in the Philippines. I know most of us are worrying. I personally avoided going to public places. We just stay at home most of the time. Since we can’t control the spread of this virus but I think we can prevent of getting the virus.

I am so OC lately. I always spray zonrox around my place and I am planning of getting a zonrox wipes which is very useful everytime we go out. I also bought vitamins for the whole family.

I decided of not pursuing our plan of visiting Hongkong or any foreign country to avoid of getting sick. I hope everything will back to normal. I hope the virus will just go somewhere and never harm any human beings.

>Mild Asthma Attack

>
Last night I slept early because I had mild asthma attack. This is due to the unpredictable weather. There are times that it is so hot then become cold and because of that it trigger my asthma. Since I was a child I already have this illness and I thought that it will go away but until now I still have it occasionally.

I remember when I had my attack when I was younger it took me a week before I recovered. I am glad that now I am not exposed to pollution anymore because I am not commuting everyday. Staying at home is also a big help.

My maintenance is Ventolin tablet and so far I am okay with it. I hope the weather will be nice enough so that I have less attacks in the coming months.
