Yes we started our training on Sunday and it was required by the client.

We are open 24/7 and we have 70+ agents.

We are working on this expansion for quite sometime and I’m glad that we made it.

There were sleepless nights and now that it was setup, it is so worth it.

So many things are going on right now and I am really so thankful for the blessings.

We are  just starting and I know that there are so much to learn. I will not stop learning for the preparation for something big.

I am offering our success to God because I know that without Him, all of these are not possible.

Company Orientation for our new agents. We have 36 new agents and they are having their company orientation today.

It was a great event…

But it was a very hot afternoon. I wished I bring an extra fan to make our office cooler.

It’s a nice feeling to finally see the agents that I hired for the past months.

 

We’ve been preparing this for months and I am glad that we made it.

It was not easy but everything was so worth it.

Monthly Meeting

So many things are going on in the business lately and having a monthly meeting is a must. I need to talk to my leaders every now and then to monitor their work and of course to prepare them for the coming expansion.

 

We had our dinner at Coffee Project Antipolo, our favorite spot.

We discuss so many things specially in handling the team.

It is always an asset to have a great leaders in the company and I treasure them so much.
