I had my meeting with the team.
So many things are going on right now and I need to discuss it with the team. Choosing a right team is not easy and I’m glad that I pick the right one.
They are essential for the growth of the company.
I discussed the upcoming projects and I need their support.
We will be working so hard in the coming months and no matter what we will be hitting our target this year.
There will be more work and play this year.
I am praying so hard for the success of the company.
Our December was really crazy. The moment I was back from our trip I need to decide of moving to a new office. Everyday I was scouting for a place, either online and visiting the places. Then I need to decide based on our budget and to our needs. So I finally decided then the construction started.
Then waited for the internet connection and I guessed that made the transfers difficult. I need to wait for the installation first then we can start moving on…
It was a good 5 years in our previous office but I think we’ve outgrown the place. I don’t see myself in that office anymore since the company is growing and I can’t squeeze my staff in that place.
In order for us to grow I need to look for a better place and luckily we found a place that is perfect for us.
There were still things to fix and I am taking it one at a time.
I am just glad that the moment we transferred a new project came in. Just right in time.
I am excited for our new office and I am excited for the company.
So many good things are coming our way and I am really into it now.
This is a good start of the year and I am really thankful to God for all the blessings.

I am just happy though there were so many challenges but I know things will get better soon. All I have to do is to wait patiently.
While waiting.. I am taking much of my time focusing on my team and developing their skills. I am spending more time in the office this time so I can clearly see the operation of the company.
Life is still so good…
Since we came back from our U.S trip and find out that we can’t renew our rental in our current space, we never wasted time, we started looking for a space to transfer and for our expansion.
Yes we are expanding and so grateful for the blessings.
We need to finish the renovation as soon as possible since we will be starting a new campaign.
We are working double time.
I know it will be a good space and so excited to start something new in this office.
Finally I can reveal on what keeps me busy this past few months.
I started this 2 websites and it what keeps us all busy day and night.

We decided to have our office blessings on the day of my birthday. Para isang handaan lang.
Our BPO business just celebrated 1 year anniversary and since we are expanding, it is a tradition to bless a place that is newly open to bring more success and stability in the business.
The team was excited and happy for our simple celebration.
We have a neighbor who is a Priest that we invited to bless our place.
Now that the office is ready, we are very excited for our expansion.
After what we’ve been through this past few months, I would say that we are doing great. We are now recovering and I am glad that we’ve experienced those downside because we learn to value of what really matters most.
It was a great day and I am so glad that we’ve made it.

It’s a busy week, full blast in the office and I love seeing my team again. We were having overtime and most of us are now in the office. It’s nice seeing them again in one shift.
I am so lucky to have a team like them. My team are all dedicated in their work and always aim for the quality.
Our expansion will be happening soon and we are very excited!

This past few months, the company faced some challenges. I know that the team were affected.
The whole time we faced challenges, I was so busy fixing it but I see to it to have constant communication with them. I was more focused on resolving the issues that time and we don’t have to bond.
Most of the time, I was not in the office and some of them were also worried that the company might not survived.
I appreciate that my staff stayed despite of what happened. I really appreciate their efforts.
Now, that we are getting back our feet, I think they deserved a little break.

I’m glad that the team had a great time.
Building a business is really hard but when you have a team whose dedicated to their work, it help you to focus on your goals because you know that you are doing it for them.
Owning a business really changed me a lot. I am glad that I experienced struggles since it made me see clearly who are for keeps.
Now that things are getting better, I am more focused on the business on making it big. I know that I can achieve it since I have the best TEAM!
