Today I was so mad, I screamed and cry…

I wonder how you manage your anger because I don’t really know how to control it.
I scream if I want to…
I don’t stop easily..
I just get mad… mad.. then
suddenly gone!
I am curious how you control your anger? please share it here..

>Ordinary Day

>Just staying at home and work while my T.V is on. Gareth is playing beside me while watching his favorite tv show. My husband is working upstairs and just go down to cook and eat. At 6p.m we decided to buy our grocery in Shopwise but had our coffee drink first. Gareth loves the white chocolate mocha while I am enjoying my mocha cold coffee with nachos. We went home around 9pm and had our dinner.

Now I am working again.. maybe until 5a.m. Work overload now and so thankful!

I am also checking youtube because I need to learn something. Youtube is great if you are looking for tutorial. It’s save me of reading boring articles.

So… how’s your day?
