Since I have a spa and a travel agency, dealing different people is really challenging. Dealing with different traits of my staff and clients is sometimes hard to deal with. It is not really easy because I was used to work on my own and I never thought that when I put up a business I need to deal with different personalities. Going it through is challenging but I love it.<\/p>\n
When clients find out that I am the owner, they are surprised since I am young, some appreciate it but some frowns my position. Some take advantage that I am young. Some thought that I don’t really know what I am doing because I am just young and because some of the clients are working hard all their life to have a business. I don’t know but I just want to let my clients know that I work so hard to have this business and I know my business so well. So don’t ever try to underestimate me because when I started this business, I was prepared. Though I need to learn a lot in dealing people but it’s not really easy.<\/p>\n
