Add new Items  &#8211; 50K &#8211; Deadline: February 2010<\/div>\n<div>2. Purchase a brand new car.  &#8211; 130K &#8211; downpayment &#8211; Deadline: May 2010<\/div>\n<div>3. Save a lumpsum for the condo. &#8211; 100K &#8211; Deadline: June 2010<\/div>\n<div>4.
