I never drink any sodas for about 2 years already and yes I really made it. Some people I know who has diabetes find it really hard to give up soda but it is really worth.<\/p>\n<p>After giving birth, my endo didn&#8217;t advice me to take insulin anymore and since I don&#8217;t want to take meds, I should focus on lowering my blood sugar in a natural way. Meds side effects are really bothering me. I had stomachache all the time.<\/p>\n<p>Before I got pregnant my sugar was controlled without taking any meds.
