I had a feeling that it is because of my blood sugar so I never wasted time and went to Clinica Manila for the lab test. I also talked to an Endo for evaluation and then&#8230; <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.harstinehouse.com\/images\/how_to_prevent_high_blood_sugar_1.jpg\" \/><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>My blood sugar is high. I was shocked because I thought everything is back to normal since I gave birth. I almost cried at the clinic but I realized this is not the end of the world for me. I have to do something for this. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I told hubby everything and he was so worried. He eventually enrolled me at Fitness First. I was so down that day.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Yesterday was my first day at the gym and so far I love it.
