I had a great time at the gym but always had a hard time pulling myself to rise. I wake up late most of the time&#8230; <\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Early this afternoon is my first meeting with my trainer. She&#8217;s nice and willing to help me lose weight. We do all the necessary physical test today and it&#8217;s not easy to do. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tomorrow is the first day of my intensive work out.
