Today is Monday, the busiest day of the week. I am sitting the whole day doing my work and since I can&#8217;t work out today I think it shoots my sugar high. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Well, I am not taking any medications, I don&#8217;t like the feeling and the body reactions. I think I will die earlier if I have to take medications. So I&#8217;ve done my research and found out that Apple Cider Vinegar is a big help. So here I am sipping apple cider vinegar and hoping that before I go to sleep my blood sugar will lower.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>I am doing this for 1 week already and so far my blood sugar is doing great and I think I will stick to this. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Tomorrow is Tuesday, my working out day and I am excited for it.
