It’s weekend and we are working.<\/p>\n

Yes, we need to work because we need to monitor our team since the demand is high.<\/p>\n

So while at home, I got a chance to check my phone and I think I should share it here.<\/p>\n

Sometimes I got so sad for so many things that are happening lately but then I just look at my kids and I know that I should move on and go on because of them. They are indeed my inspiration.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

One day, I was craving for bibingka and then we headed to a nearby mall and just have a quick meal.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

As what I said, there are some challenges going on in our personal and business life but we need to face it. It is also my responsibility to face whatever issues because I am the head of this business. Sometimes I need to give my decisions asap and sometimes I need more time before giving my decisions. It is like that in day to day and I need to be careful in every decisions because there are a lot of people who are depending on me and of course it will affect them.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

I see to it to provide my employee what they needed and what they deserve and it really made my day if they take extra effort for the company. I also see to it to give them proper training and education about the company’s goals and projects to make us more productive.<\/p>\n

The truth is, it is really draining. There are toxic days and of course better days and I am used to it. For the past few years of managing business, I can say that, I am getting hang of it but of course sometimes I need a break. As much as I want a vacation, we can’t have it now, this is not the moment to take a break because our projects are still new and so demanding. I \u00a0know that these sacrifices is so worth it because I can see that we are improving. I know that my team is getting good and I am so proud of them.<\/p>\n

So many wonderful things are coming and I am very excited. I am so thankful to God for all the blessings and I hope that He will bless me with more courage and faith to face the rocky road ahead.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
