I had my driving lesson every MWF and so far I am so happy that I learned fast and of course I drive fast too. LOL<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Seriously, I am careful and looking forward of learning the techniques of driving defensively as what my instructor is teaching me.<\/p>\n<p>As a new driver, I need a student permit first before I can get my Non Pro License. So here I am, trying my luck of visiting government offices and here is what I found out:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fbcdn-sphotos-a.akamaihd.net\/hphotos-ak-ash4\/400330_3074889592094_1259322945_3263198_2117147523_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>That is the mobile LTO Antipolo Office.
