This past few months, the company faced some challenges. I know that the team were affected.<\/p>\n

The whole time we faced challenges, I was so busy fixing it but I see to it to have constant communication with them. I was more focused on resolving the issues that time and we don’t have to bond.<\/p>\n

Most of the time, I was not in the office and some of them were also worried that the company might not survived.<\/p>\n

I appreciate that my staff stayed despite of what happened. I really appreciate their efforts.<\/p>\n

Now, that we are getting back our feet, I think they deserved a little break.<\/p>\n

We had our team building… we let them have fun!<\/p>\n

July 2, Sunday Night:<\/p>\n

We rented a private resort in Antipolo.

We had games and everyone was so competitive.<\/p>\n

Videoke Time<\/p>\n

Dinner Time<\/p>\n

Swimming Time<\/p>\n

I’m glad that the team had a great time.<\/p>\n

Building a business is really hard but when you have a team whose dedicated to their work, it help you to focus on your goals because you know that you are doing it for them.<\/p>\n

Owning a business really changed me a lot. I am glad that I experienced struggles since it made me see clearly who are for keeps.<\/p>\n

Now that things are getting better, I am more focused on the business on making it big. I know that I can achieve it since I have the best TEAM!<\/p>\n
