Everyone was so excited to vote. Yes, I have some candidates in my mind but I never got a chance to update my registration and I believe that I am still a registered voter in Los Banos, Laguna. While checking online, I am still registered so we planned to just go there and vote.
When we reached LB, my name was not listed and to my dismay I just fall in line in Original Buko Pie and purchased 5 boxes.
I never updated my registration because I thought Duterte was not running so I never bothered but when he announced his candidacy it was already too late for me to register.
On the next election, I will definitely register and exercise my rights.
As of this writing, Philippines has new president and it’s Duterte! Yay! I am very happy for the result and I can’t wait to witness the transformation of Philippines.
After our trip to Los Banos, we headed back to our office and work as usual. No holidays for us.
