Well, after ng ilang buwan na konti lang ang project ko, eto ako ngayon sobrang thankful at saya kasi madami akong new clients. It’s really important to give our best to our work because we never knew if someone will recommend us for a bigger projects. The rate is so perfect and this one is long term. This is what I am always praying for and so glad that finally dumating na.

Since we are still paying the house and lot, our target is to fully paid this ASAP and we are hoping for the title transfer soon so that we can start renovating the house.
