It was a busy week! I had my driving lesson every MWF and so far I am so happy that I learned fast and of course I drive fast too. LOL
Seriously, I am careful and looking forward of learning the techniques of driving defensively as what my instructor is teaching me.
As a new driver, I need a student permit first before I can get my Non Pro License. So here I am, trying my luck of visiting government offices and here is what I found out:
That is the mobile LTO Antipolo Office. It is really frustrating!
Just for getting my SP, I stayed in this place for half a day!
I hope the Philippine Government will do something about this ASAP!
