Morning Blues

Lately, I am experiencing morning blues. I hate the feeling. I don’t know if this is hormonal imbalance or I am just overly reacting to the things around me.

Maybe, I am worrying too much or thinking too much!

I really hate this feeling.

So to fight my morning blues, I decided to work out every day. So everyday morning, I reported to gym with hubby. I hope it will make me feel better.

I am also reading books that can help me and I am hoping that it will work.

So far I am like this for almost a week now and I am looking forward that I will feel better soon.
