Birth Story

Here’s the birth story. I am trying my best to remember every details so that I can easily share it here.

March 9 – We checked in around 6pm at The Medical City. It was Sunday, so less people and we went to our room early and we got a chance to relax.

March 10

We were trying to sleep the whole night but we were both excited so it was really hard. I was not allowed to eat from 11pm.

Around 3am the nurse came to our room and gave me a shower gel, then the midwife came to shave.

At 4am I have my shower and wear my hospital gown.

All this time, hubby keeps on going to the toilet to pee, very excited!

Around 6pm, the nurses came to our room and they wheel me to the operating room.

When I came in to the operating room, everyone was so jolly. They all greeted me and asking me if I am okay. They are all smiling and it helps me feel good. The anxiety was gone.

Then the doctors came one by one until I heard that my anesthesiologist came in, then I know it is the moment.

He prepared everything and joke around with nurses and doctors.

Then came my OB.

The team was complete…

The action began!

First Kiss!

He weigh 9.5 lbs and I can’t imagine if I can make it if I tried it through Normal Delivery.

With Daddy!

Happiest Dad!

It was a great experience! I am very thankful to those who prayed for us. There are so many realizations after this experience and it truly change my perspective about life.
