I am wearing contact lens for 2 years already because I find it more comfortable. I don’t want wearing glasses kasi hassle lalo na kung mag moist. Ayoko din yong feeling na may suot sa mata, feeling ko ang bigat bigat.
Siguro sa sobrang pagod ko the other night, nakalimutan kong tanggalin ang contact lens. After having my shower, I was looking for my contact lens and to my surprise hindi ko nahanap don sa lagayan ko. When I checked my eyes, andon pala ang contact lens. Nakakaloka! Tinanggal ko agad sa mata ko ang mga lenses.
Feeling ko nagdry ang mata.
kaya eto, stop muna akong gumamit ng contact lens and it’s my 2nd day today na hindi nag contact lens.

Good thing that I am using the soft ones kasi hindi masyadong nagdry at sa sobrang takot ko na baka mainfect ang mata ko, todo research ako online and I found out na marami pala ang gumagawa ng ganon, na natutulog at nagshower sila while wearing contact lens but for me it’s a NO-No talaga.
I really hope that it will never ever happen again.
