Last month, which is December was not really a good time for our business but still I managed to celebrate Christmas and New Year with a blast! Looking back now, I am thankful that I made it. As a business owner, it is not always an easy breeze. Some thought that if you have a business you are rich and money is not a problem. Well, that is a myth!
My businesses are still new. My travel agency just turned 3 years and my spa’s are still new and everyday is a struggle. I am just thankful that I have found great people for my businesses. I am just thankful that they stay with us all these years. That is the reason that I am also committed on providing them what they need. I should always return a favor and they are also my priorities. Some companies are not giving 13th month pay but in us, I see to it to compute the 13th month pay from the start of November to prepare everything. Though we are just starting, I always see to it to give to my people what is intended for them.
What really shocked me, that some business owners are really greedy! I really can’t stand with those people. Some are so arrogant and it seems that they don’t understand their fellow entrepreneurs. Along the way, I met some and it was really horrible. Some of them will eat you alive!
I know… that is the reality of life, specially in my world and since I am just starting, I know there are so much to learn and I will definitely meet more greedy and mean entrep in the future and you know what… I am so ready! I am ready to meet them and I am also ready to place them behind me. I will not let any of them control me or any of my businesses. Those people are not just present in the business world, they are also in your world. If you are working, there are some office politics that keeping you insane but you have no choice but deal with them everyday. Those things are just normal and they are everywhere and you should stand up firmly and fight with them or else you will be replace or eaten alive! So be prepared!
Well, I learned how to handle them and I am just glad that I have this strong personally. It is not easy but I know so well how to take care of them and I am glad that I have enough experience and training. Of course, you should pray for those people they badly needed it.
Actually I am very excited for 2016 because I know there are so many beautiful things coming our way. The year just started and I am so thankful for all the blessings! I am just thankful that I never gave up because if I did, I may not experienced the reward of my sacrifices.
Managing a business is not easy but this is what I enjoy doing. There are many hindrances ahead but I am ready for it because without those challenges I am not where I am right now. I also know with God guidance I can make it through.
