It’s been a week already since we went back to the gym. The gym is just 5 minutes away from our house, so no excuses of not going to the gym.
2006 when we transferred here in Antipolo, there was no gym that I liked, so we need to travel to Ortigas to exercise and since it was far, I got tired then suddenly stopped.
Now that I will be turning 40, I realized that I should take care of my health. I need to do things to control my blood sugar and of course to lose weight. I am now 130 lbs and my goal is to reach at least 100 lbs and to lose my tummy fats!
My tummy is quite big because I am just sitting the whole day due to my work and I looks like pregnant! So I keep on wearing lose fitting clothes to hide my tummy and I want to change it this year.
So after my first week, waahh I have body pains! I had a hard time walking and climbing stairs.
It was really terrible…
I promised to myself that if I lose weight.. I should maintain it!
I need to keep active so I have strength in doing my everyday routine.
I know that I have a strong mind but I also need to have a strong body so I can perform well. My family and business needs me so I need to be healthy.
So after our first week, we are still adjusting specially in our meals. ahhaha
I know it’s hard but we will never give up!
