>I am on a no meat diet since November and so far I lose few inches in my waistline. I still need to lose 5 more inches in my tummy area and since I got the result I am now taking this one seriously to have a nice beach body (arrgh i wish! ). I am exercising at least 3 times a week for 15 minutes and sometimes swim for an hour during my non-busy days.

In the pics below I am wearing the same pants. Before pics was taken last October 2008 and the After pics taken today Feb. 11.
