I sent money to my family in Laguna last Wednesday and until now they didn’t receive the money. They went to LBC office to claim the money but the laguna LBC outlet can’t access the record so they can’t release the money.
It’s been 3 days and until now my sister don’t have the money yet. They needed that money so much. They need to buy food and because of LBC poor service my family is experiencing hunger! Shit!
My husband went to LBC Antipolo to check the status of the remittance but they only told him that the money is ready after 30 minutes but after a day my sister didn’t receive the money!
LBC Laguna was keep on calling LBC Antipolo to check the status of the account but LBC Antipolo never answered any calls! bwisit!
I really hate them!!
