I had this selfie mirror at the book store.
Upon checking it, I realized that I lost weight already and I like it. When I started last September my diet, I am glad that it is really working. I don’t want to try any drastic weight loss. I want to take it easy until my body will get used to it.
So from 150lbs last September, my weight today is 130lbs. I still need to lose 10 lbs and I am just taking it easy. I know I will eventually reach my goal.
I know someday it will come… 🙂
