I always wanted to go to Sonya’s Garden because I wanted see the place. I’ve been to Tagaytay so many times but I never tried going to Sonya’s Garden because my siblings are not really into salad.
Since, it was Mother’s Day, I wanted to visit the place. We went there after we visited the Pinto Art. It was already dark when we reached Sonya’s Garden.
Good thing is there were available tables though we didn’t make any reservation. We just waited for at least 10 minutes and our table was ready.
It was a very hot day in Manila that time and going to Tagaytay is so refreshing. It was cold at night and I just love it. I don’t get enough sleep the day before our trip and I was a little exhausted that time, I just sleep the whole time.
I like the salad, I just love the dressings and since it is a super secret salad dressings, I think I will be visiting again to have that freshest salad again.
Look at my siblings and kids faces, they were not happy, hahah they are into bulalo when we visit Tagaytay and they were a little disappointed but after our visit in Sonya’s Garden we went to another resto to have their bulalo but i just stayed inside the car and catch some sleep. I was so tired that day and with the cool breeze of Tagaytay, it made me very sleepy.
It was a great Mother’s day and I just love it to spend with my love ones.
As you all know that when Mother’s day come, I was not really that excited because the truth is, I am not really into it. Mother’s day is both happy and sad event of my life and I don’t want too make so much about it.
Hubby also gave me flowers but I didn’t post about it, I just don’t like. I hope someday I can totally celebrate Mother’s Day just normal Mom do but I really don’t know… that is the reality of my life. I don’t want to pretend that I am happy on Mother’s day because how can I be totally happy and excited to celebrate it if one of my kids are not with me, if my heart was still longing for my Pillow. But, I will try to celebrate it just the way I want to celebrate it.
So to all moms out there… Happy Mother’s Day!
