We had our first ever Halloween Party!
We had a costume contest and the votation is still running on my FB page for my friends to vote. 
The kids go with us and I instructed them to distribute candies. I told them that they should be the one giving candies instead of the other way because I want them to understand that since we own the business, it is our responsibility to give back to our people. As early as now, I want to teach them the value of giving and handling the business.
