It was a rainy afternoon and after my meeting I went home to rest since I organize a small party with my relatives in the evening.
I was still having my asthma and I think I need to rest so I can have time later.
I had my nebulizer twice a day.
I am having my dates while resting.
Eversince I discover dates, I ordered 2 kilos and have it everyday.
It has so many health benefits that I enjoyed having this as my dessert.
Having time for myself is really important.. so as soon as I found time to rest I really take advantage of it.
