Wow! It’s been a week already!
If I have to look back, I was so anxious last week because I am excited to hold him and now it’s been a week already. Everyday is a blessing. Having him is really a new experience. I am so inlove with him. I never imagine that I will feel this way…
We tried to put on him the beanie and the cocoon I made. Good thing the cocoon still fits at him but it seems that we cannot use it again because he grows so fast. The arms are supposed to be inside the cocoon.
He is exclusively breastfeeding but not directly to me because he don’t want my nipples. So, I just pump my milk every 3 hours in order to feed him. On the first 2 days was really hard and he is very demanding and I only have few milk but after a week, I can now pump up to 4 oz. He is really loving it.
He is also a very easy baby. He just sleep most of the time and wakes up if he is hungry or wet. Hubby is very hands on too, he knows how to change diapers, bathing, feeding and putting baby to sleep. It made me have rest since I can’t move freely due to my operation.
We are happy to see all the development of the baby and looking forward for the best.
