My company is not that big yet but I see to it to share the 13th Month Pay to my staff because once I was an employee and I know the feeling, I know how important the 13th Month Pay. Once  in my life, I was looking forward for it and even excited because I know that through the 13thh Month Pay, I will be able to provide the needs of my family.
So now that I am a business owner, I see to it to give it to my staffs because I believe that they deserve it.
Kahit sa mga trainings namin nagbigay na rin ako ng munting pamasko. I just hope that in my little way maging masaya ang pasko nila.
