Cardio Workout 

I am doing my cardio workout at least 3 times a week. I am now concentrating on 2 Kms. and I hope to increase it in the next few months. I started with 1km then after months I increases it to 2. I hope to reach 5 soon.

I am just taking it slowly and giving my body to adjust with my new routine but it really made me feel so good.

If I am not doing my cardio workout, somehow I miss it so I make sure to do it regularly.
