It’s my Sister’s 35th birthday celebration!

We surprised her with cakes and pansit.

Just a simple celebration…

Then we had our videoke at home.

On Sunday,  her actual birthday, we went to church then to the office.

July 28, 2018

I gathered my relatives to have my birthday celebration at Dampa sa Libis. We also celebrated my Ate Liza’s 56th birthday.

I planned it a week before through our group chat in FB.

It is really easier now to communicate with relatives through FB. I can keep in touch with them easily.

Our schedule was 7pm.

We arrived around 8pm because it was raining so hard.

 

We occupied 2 rooms and we are almost 30pax.

Kulang ang oras namin, inabot kami ng 1am don.

Nagsarado na ang dampa at andon pa kami.

Nagvideoke at kumain ng kumain.

It was so fun!

 

We ordered pansit, chili crabs, buttered shrimps, adobong pusit and laing.

It was a surprise for her. She almost cried!

July 14

I just turned 39 years old.

I remember the stories of my mother when she gave birth to me, that she had a hard time and luckily I was out around 4am.

It took them 6 years before they had me. I was the eldest. They never thought that I will be having a siblings since they thought that I am an only child but luckily I got 3 more sisters. I’m glad that I had siblings or else I can’t handle the trials and problems I encountered in life.

Okay, now that I turned 39, I’m contemplating lately of my wishes…

Then I realized that I don’t have a personal wishes anymore except for good health and safety for me and for everyone I love.

 

I realized that I will just live my life according to God’s plan and I know that He is designing my life perfectly and all I can do is live the way He wanted me to be.

Looking back, I had so many wishes and lately, before my birthday came, all my wishes are now becoming a reality.

Those dreams that seems impossible are now a work in progress. 

I am forever thankful for all the blessings.

I know that there are so much stored for me to do and I asked God to give strength and wisdom so I can perform my duties and responsibilities well.

God knows what my heart desires and I believe that in a right time He will grant all my wishes.

I am thankful for this gift of life and I’m excited for more…

July 14, 2018, 4pm

I arrived at the office around 4pm for our simple celebration.

I decided to celebrate my birthday at the office because they are the source of my happiness. I am now focus on building my business and my people are my inspiration.

So I can’t think of any place to celebrate my birthday but in the office with my family.

To my surprise… I saw my pictures in the board. They even have some cut outs.

Naku.. nakakagulat kasi may mga pictures na parang ayokong makita in public pero wala na akong magawa.

Some of my employees are my friends in FB so somehow they have access to the pictures.

 

They prepare some surprises and gifts, I was so touched!

I never thought that they will make extra effort. I really appreciate it.

Nagpacatering ako na dapat madala sa office ng 4pm and 12 midnight para macover ang 3 shifts. I also ordered 100pcs of cupcakes.

This cake is a gift from my team.

Then we had our group pictures 🙂

It was a simple celebration with the people I love and care!

Don’t mind my flaky face, it is because of the diamond peel I had 2 days before my birthday.

It was a simple celebration and I like it this way.

It is already our tradition to have Birthday Salubong. We will sing Happy Birthday Song with cakes on the midnight of the birthday.

I requested this cake from Yulo, which hubby ordered at Forbes Park Makati. It is my favorite cake and this time I don’t like any personalized birthday cake, I want it simple yet delicious. Nothing fancy..

Then hubby added some spaghetti and some ulam.

It was quite a gloomy day and as expected there were storms coming and while I am writing this post, there are still storms coming.

There is always storms right in time of my birthday, that happened every year. I can’t remember a single birthday without storms. Sabi nila swerte daw na umulan sa birthday, lalo na siguro kapag bagyo. Kaya eto umaasa ako palagi ng bagyo sa birthday para madaming swerte.

 

I was already so sleepy but I waited for my siblings to come home so we can celebrate my birthday salubong.

We slept around 2 am.

It was my sister 31st birthday and I wanted to celebrate it in a special way.

We haven’t to an eat all you can buffet for 2 years and we just missed doing it.

So we decided to have one at Vikings Megamall.

We waited for an hour to finally get into our seats.

I wanted to back out but hubby was really persistent, so I don’t have anything to do.

I was also starving so he gave me coke for me to wait longer.

Xavier was already starving and he can’t wait anymore. So I just let him roam around the mall while waiting.

When we were inside, we never wasted time anymore. We just gave Xavier and Gareth their food and while they were enjoying it, we were also getting our own.

This is my 3rd plate. I forgot to take pictures of some of my plates because I was really so hungry.

When we were finally complete, we asked a crew to take us a picture.

By that time, we were so full and I am very sleepy already.. not a good sign.

but we still want to eat but we just control ourselves….

I don’t have enough space for dessert…

 

We had fun and maybe we will not be doing this eat all you can thing for the rest of the year. LOL

It was a great night!

We went to department store after to get some stuff for the kids.

Anyway, Happy Birthday Jijing! Sana nabusog kita!

Hubby just turned 39 years old.

Wow we’ve been together since year 2000 and every year I am thankful that God blessed me a person like him who never get tired of loving me and my family.

I wish him good  health and happiness.

Syempre as we age, we must look after our health, it is what matters most.

I want him to have a long life for us to have more time with our kids.

I am so thankful that despite his busy schedules he always find time to be with the kids and do  his father’s duty.

I am beyond grateful for having a husband like him. He is indeed a blessing.

We had a simple celebration at Eastwood. We had dinner at his favorite Ramen.

Again, Happy Birthday my Dear! Thank  you for coming into my life.

Irish 18th Birthday

I was planning her birthday since last week of February.

We had this Winter Theme without a snow,  just a color of blue and white.

I was scouting for suppliers since last week of February and so happy that I got a chance to complete what I was needed.

It was an easy preparation and I’m glad that I got the best supplier in town.
