East Joint Marketing Solutions is a growing call center company located in 2nd and 3rd floor, GLS Commercial Building, Circumferential Road, Antipolo City. We are already operating for 1 year and employing 50 agents. We are currently handling 2 outbound sales campaigns and 1 inbound sms support campaign.

So many things are going on right now..

I need to focus..

Business is doing good after last months chaos… though we are not there yet, but I know that we are on a right track.

I am working longer hours this time for a new project.

This is quite a big project and I am so excited for this..

I really can’t wait for this project to start!

Seal of Excellence Award by Q Asia

Being an Entrepreneur is a non stop dedication to the company and to my people. I expected challenges along the way and of course I also prepare myself for it. I need to be ahead of the game to ensure that I meet the expectation of the clients. There were sleepless nights, doubts and fears but I know that I should continue because this is what I love to do. I believe that whatever challenges I have right now as an entrepreneur is nothing compare to the success and help I will build in the future. Having this award, made me realize that I should go on because my effort is now being recognized and I believe that I have more to learn and to offer.

Just to let you know… I am just starting and not even soaring yet…

I am so thankful for this award. My first award under my name and not under my business name. ahhahah I think there is no great difference but seeing my name as an awardee is really something special.

My outfit was from SM Department Store. I got it last Christmas. I just keep it just in case I need to wear something formal and chic. So when I got my award invitation, at first I want to wear long dress but on the last minute I changed my mind. I also did my own hair and makeup. 🙂

Hiring Day

We need to hire at least 15 agents yesterday. We announced the hiring at least 3 days before. Our goal is to have a 1 day hiring process and so we are expecting more applicants.

I arrived around 2 pm at the office and had a quick meeting with my team then had my lunch. I was already starving. Then we started our hiring process.

It was a great day, I met different people. I learn so much from them. I realized that some are really frustrated looking for work and I am just glad that I got a chance to provide work.

We’ve done with our interview process around 8pm and I was so hungry that I wanted to eat a bucket of chicken from KFC but of course I never did. Hahahah

Luckily, I got the people we needed and it is going a hectic weeks ahead! I am so excited for our new campaign..

The Best is Yet To Come

Last week was one of the busiest week we had. Our client visit us to train our agents. They were here in the Philippines for 4D3N but just stayed in the office for 3 days. It was our first time and it was really fun. We are looking forward for expansion.

It’s now time to focus on our work and hoping for the best!

We really had fun and it was a great party! The first party of East Joint Marketing Solutions and I am so proud of our little success it simply deserves a celebration!

We started with 5 agents then now they are 35. I am so lucky to have them and I hope that my team will continue to grow as we added more campaigns.

I am so thankful to God for all the blessings. I commit to do my best, to help more people and to do God’s plan me to be.

Expansion

After months of thinking about it, we are now ready of our expansion. Our bigger office is now under construction and I just hope that it can occupy at least 100 agents.

We are also busy hiring agents and of course looking for clients and I am glad that we slowly we are doing it right. It is hard to go it full blast since everything is depends on our financial capacity. Everything is not easy but I believed that God will guide and provide what we needed. I hope and pray that everything will turn according to God’s plan.

August Birthday Celebrants

We are making our company traditions that every 2nd week of the month we will be celebrating the birthday celebrants of the month.

So we just celebrated our August Birthday Celebrants.

When time comes that my employee will reach hundred’s maybe I will prepare more cakes or maybe I will just provide cash or GC’s.

I don’t know yet but for now we are enjoying our little birthday traditions.

It’s a busy week for my team and I am so thankful for everything.

I got a chance to visit our team after our conference meeting with our clients.

They are really so busy but I interrupt for a while just to have some picture takings.

They are working on a night shift and I know the struggle of keeping awake during those times, specially if you are just new in that night schedule.

They are really good in what they are doing and I am so proud of them. I am just happy that I got the best team.

I have this competition that who reaches their quotas will get their reward and for the past few days they were really working so hard and so when I visited our office, I handed them the reward they deserved. I have this one agent who got 1k as a prize and 3 got 300pesos each. I am glad that they are happy with the reward. It made them focus on their work and reach their goals.

We will be giving them some incentives and I am excited for them. There were times that I went to the office and just surprised them with a free meal. I love giving them what they deserved to have.

I am happy that they are part of East Joint Marketing Solutions!
