We start our day going to the gym!
I bike for 30 minutes then do some light weights.
Eto nangugulo ako kay hubby 😀
We are now focused to have an active lifestyle. If IÂ know that I am just going to be seated the whole day, I should go out and have at least 30 minutes cardio.
I know in the long run it will make me feel better. So I have to stick to the plan.
