Intense…

The first 3 days when I started my medication was really terrible. It was so intense. I can’t get up to bed. All I wanted to do was to sleep. I still have my vertigo but I am managing it well. I don’t get panic anymore when my world is spinning. I just hope that it will totally be gone. I read that it will take 6 weeks to completely recover and I hope I will feel better soon with my vertigo. Other than that, I am now okay, quite okay.

Since I started my medication, my blood sugar is now way below than my usual readings. I am positive that I can control it soon. I’m just happy to finally found a doctor that knows how to take care of me. I was looking for a long time and I am glad that I found one. He knows how to explain everything before giving me the medications and he himself is a diabetic so he really knows what he is talking about. I’m glad that he understands what I’m going through. I am excited to finally lower my blood sugar and control my diabetes.

Unexpected Things Happened

November 22, 2018, 5am

While I was about to sleep, suddenly nahilo ako, sobrang hilo talaga. Yong parang sumakay ako ng roller coaster, parang buong paligid ko umiikot talaga. Nagpanic ako. So hubby checked my bp and it was 150/100. I was rushed to the ER.

I was confined until Saturday.

The whole experienced was terrifying since it was the worst vertigo attack ever!

My blood sugar shoot up too, it was over 400.

The doctor was trying to lower it and so far it was working.

My problem is my vertigo, ang tagal bago mawala. I already did the therapy and so far may improvement  naman.

 

Nov. 25, my first time without taking the serc for Vertigo at medyo naging ok na ako. Grabe ang effect ng Serc, mas lalo akong nahilo pero effective naman kapag severe attack talaga. The therapy somehow lessen the symptoms. I don’t feel any headache right now, so far so good. I hope no more vertigo attacks. It was really terrifying. 

Still medyo nahihilo pa rin ako but manageable na. I am still resting at home, I still don’t want to go out. I am taking my time..

 

Office Christmas Decorations

It’s our first Christmas in our new office so I wanted to make it special.

Our office is quite bigger than our previous one, so a big Christmas tree is perfect.

I wanted a white tree with a gold and rose gold ornaments.

We went to Megamall to do some errands but we need to have some dinner first.

After buying the things we needed, we decided to watch movie.

Boys Thing

Xavier always wanted to try this car racing in Eastwood but for the past months we never allowed him because he still can’t reach the pedal.

But it seems that he grew so fast… so for the first time he tried it.

The boys had a great time while me at the side was so nervous.

I wonder if they will really do racing in the future, I might not watch them or else I will die early.

 

Gareth’s 12th Birthday

Yay! Gareth just turned 12 years old last November 14.

I still remember that day I gave birth to him.

It was supposed to be a weekly regular check up but my OB found out my water was below normal so the emergency CS was performed.

I can’t believe how quick it was done. I was so excited for him, I didn’t feel any discomfort after because all I wanted to do that time was to take care of him.

Then fast forward… it was 12 years ago already!

I am so lucky to have him. Though he’s a special child, it was always easy raising him. He’s always happy and just being by his side is always enough for him.

So here are the simple things we did on his 12th birthday….

Birthday salubong, 12midnight.. we sang happy birthday to him and for the first time he blew his own candle this time.

Then we ate at the restaurant, at BonChon because it’s his new favorite.

And went to church at Padre Pio Church in Eastwood

I thank God for trusting me to be a Mother of Gareth.

 

I just love it that Gareth and Xavier loves each other. Gareth knows how to deal with Xavier. I like how much they love and care for each other.

Staycation

Nov. 8, 2018

We stayed at Bay View Hotel in Pasay with the kids.

My boys love staying in the hotel. 

I wish I can finish a book.. but no, they keep on bugging me.

I also ordered soup and pansit. 🙂 These made me feel better. I was not feeling good that time.

I didn’t sleep well that time. I was coughing the whole time while all of them sleep soundly.

This was taken during the day before the interview at the US embassy.

It just took us less than an hour to finish everything and they got their visas approved. So thankful!

At Mongkok

These happened after having my facial.

It was 2 hours and I was so hungry when I went out from the clinic.

So I decided to have dinner at Mongkok, my all time favorite after my facial.

So here are our orders:

It was a great day!

Saturdate

Ang daming magagandang palabas lately kaya everytime may chance kami ni hubby ayon nasa sinehan kami.

Yan lang kasi talaga ang libangan namin, pampatanggal ng stress.

But before that dapat busog talaga kami para mas masaya. Bawal ng gutumin.

So eto sinubukan na naman namin. Nong umpisa masaya pa ako..

Tapos yon bigla na lang parang feeling ko lasing na ako. Napadami na pala ako ng kain ng seafoods at umatake na ang allergy ko.

Sus… nasira ang mood.

Napainom akong gamot ng wala sa oras.

Kaya ang ending hindi ko na nakain ang kanin ko. Pinatake out na lang namin.

After watching the movie, ayon antok na antok ako dahil sa gamot kaya dito naman kami tumambay sa coffee shop.

Yan ang order namin pero hindi ko na yan nakayang kainin…

Na take out din yan… jusko!
