It Will Pass

Breathe. You’re going to be okay. Breathe and remember that you’ve been in this place before.

You’ve been this uncomfortable and anxious and scared, and you’ve survived.

Breathe and know that you can survive this too.

These feelings can’t break you. They’re painful and debilitating, but you can sit with them and eventually, they will pass.

Maybe not immediately, but sometime soon, they are going to fade and when they do, you’ll look back at this moment and laugh for having doubted your resilience.

I know it’s unbearable right now, but keep breathing, again and again.

This will pass. I promise it will pass.”

Remembering My Princess

Moving on…

The truth is, I don’t know if I am moving on but I am just living my life in a moment. I don’t want to think to much about the past. I am now focused on my goal but there are moment that I need to stop because I don’t feel like moving.

During that moment, I just let myself feel the pain again. I let myself grieve and express my feelings. Hubby is always willing to listen and we talk about it most of the time. Yesterday, while waiting for our staff, we went inside the Mall and saw cute little dress and shoes. We usually go there to shop with her but there are times that I forgot that she is not with us anymore. I get the dresses and shoes while hubby keeps on stopping me. I even told hubby to get it because I want it for Ayumi but he stopped me. Sometimes, I think that she might come back so at least I have something for her. I don’t know but sometimes I think that way.

When  I hear her favorite song, I know that she is just around, trying to let me feel her presence.

I still checked her videos and I still laugh and wishes that she is still with us.

Actually, I already stop browsing her pictures. I don’t know why.

I checked her clothes and hug her favorite toys and it made me feel good.

Sometimes I wonder if she is still with us, what would be my life now. I miss all her stories.

It’s okay.. because I know someday we will be together again.

Follow Your Destiny

There comes a time in your life when you realize that if you stand still, you will remain at this point forever.  You realize that if you fall and stay down, life will pass you by.

Life’s circumstances are not always what you might wish them to be.  The pattern of life does not necessarily go as you plan.   Beyond any understanding you may at times be led in different directions that you never imagined, dreamed or designed, yet if you had never put any effort into choosing a path, or tried to carry out your dream, then perhaps you would have no direction at all.

Rather than wondering about or questioning the direction your life has taken, accept the fact that there is a path before you now. Shake of the  “why’s ” and what ifs and rid yourself of confusion, whatever was- is in the past whatever is is  whats important, the past is a brief reflection, the future is yet to be realized ,  today is here.

Walk your path one step at a time- with courage, faith, and determination.  Keep your head up and cast your dreams to the stars. Soon your steps will become firm and your footing will be solid again.  A  path that you never imagined will become the most comfortable direction you could have ever hoped to follow.

Keep your belief in yourself and walk into your new journey, you will find it magnificent, spectacular and beyond your wildest imaginings.

I read it online and I decided to share it here. This is a very inspiring and will definitely help you understand life.

I miss you so much

Dear Pillow,

Please continue to guide us always.

You are my sweet and beautiful angel always.

I love you very much!

Happy Father’s Day!

On Saturday, we celebrated Father’s day with hubby and Gareth. We went to BGC to let Gareth play at Active Fun. It’s his reward for being good while we are on a vacation. We need to treat him to his favorite place because he never got a chance to go out for almost 2 weekends. He’s so excited and happy when we let him stay 1 hour.

Then, we also had our dinner at our favorite resto. Hubby ordered all his favorites. 🙂

I am so lucky to have a husband like him. He is a good provider and a loving dad to our kids. Gareth and Ayumi are so lucky to have him. He is a gentle father and always see to it that we are always comfortable and happy. He is the love of my life and I am so happy that God bless me a man like him.

In every occasion like this, we always thought that it is happier or complete if Ayumi is still with us. It sometimes brings tears to our eyes that more years will be coming without her anymore. We miss her so much and I wish so hard that she is still watching over us. She is our loving angel. I know that I will love her forever!

Despite the pain, I can see all the wonderful things happen to our lives right now. I am forever grateful to God for everything. I promise to cherish and share my blessings and continue to do good for the glory of God.

I hope all of you are having a great weekends!

Goodnight everyone!

Weekend Getaway at Boracay

After the wedding, we found out that my friends are planning to go to Boracay. It’s just 5 hours land travel from Iloilo. At first I was hesitant to join because Gareth is not with us and we already booked our plane ticket going back to Manila. Friends are inviting us to join then finally me and hubby gave in. We realized that we needed to be surrounded by friends specially in this moment. For the past months, we don’t really go out with friends because it seems that we are not ready but now that we are with friends, it feels so good that just to be with them.

The road trip was hard because we are riding a jeepney but we survived. The fun part was we don’t have our swimming attire and we don’t have hotel bookings. I pray so hard that there are available rooms in La Carmela or Boracay Regency because that is the two hotels I love to stay but when I called the 2 hotels, they can’t confirm so it is advisable to just go directly to the hotel.

When we arrived at La Carmela, we are so lucky that they have extra room. We never wasted time and checked in while some of my friends stay in a hotel far from the beach front.  After we checked in to our hotel, we decided to buy clothes and some of the saleslady thought that I eloped with my bf. It was really funny and I keep on telling them I am with my hubby.

We stayed 3 days in Boracay. During the day, the weather was fine but during the night, it was so cold and windy and we can even stay longer in the beach so we decided to stay at the bar to have some drinks then headed back to our hotel.

It was fun being with friends again. I can’t wait for our next adventure.

Reoge and Rhea’s Wedding

I always wanted to attend wedding. When a friend, invited us, we really made sure to attend though it was a last minute invitation. I am so happy of my friend Reoge for finally settling down.

It was also my first time at Iloilo and I was amused with their huge and clean airport and way better than the Cebu, CDO and Bohol Airports.

We stayed at friends house. This is the view from our room.

This is where we stayed. It’s a huge house. 🙂

The newlyweds. 🙂

Our group. 🙂 Most of us traveled from Leyte, Cebu and Manila, reunited for this wonderful event.

Wacky pose 😀

Ladies group. 🙂

It was a great wedding and we are very thankful to Rhea and Reoge for inviting us and letting us part of this wonderful moment of their lives. 🙂 I am wishing them for a bright future and lots of kids.
