March 22

Still in a community quarantine and I am not going out.
Yes, I follow the Government..
So today, it’s cleaning time!
I have a separate vacuum cleaner for the sofa and bed, floor and carpets. In my age, I somehow find it amazing to collect cleaning appliances and tools than spending on other things and I think it is beneficial now.
I also miss going out, so I can only go out near our gate. I have a sun bath for a while. eheheh I just miss the heat from the sun. I think I should do it often.
Xavier keeps on asking me when he will be going back to school and I told him that they are already on a summer vacation. He can’t stop thinking school and he keeps on bugging me about it. So when he requests for a movie or something to eat, we try to give it to him. I am quite nice to my kids lately because I know they are also stress out for the whole situation. I can’t even bring them to the nearby mall or park.

I hope that this situation will be getting better soon.

Vitamin C Giveaway

Vitamin C is very important particularly this time that we are fighting the COVID-19. We need to boost our immune system by taking Vitamins C.

I’ll be giving away a box of Ultima C to my Philippine blog reader.
So if you are frequently here in my blog, just place a comment with your complete name, address and contact number. Don’t worry I will not posting your personal info in my blog. The contact details is very important so I can send the vitamins to you.

Thank you so much!

I wish everyone good health!

March 20 Update

We are still in community quarantine and we have to obey it.

I asked Xavier to check out temperature everyday so he has something to do.

I just hope this will be over soon.

I have things to do like my school papers but I am so lazy lately. It seems that I don’t have enough energy to do my assignments, so I ended up watching Netflix movies, read books and sleep. Yes I sleep a lot this time and I guess that is good for my health. So I am taking advantage of this quarantine.

March 19 Update

It’s a 4th day of Community Quarantine here in Luzon. The whole Luzon is doing the community quarantine. As of today, there are 217 cases in the Philippines and more of it are from NCR. So, we are not allowed to go to Metro Manila. If you don’t have any business or work in NCR you should be staying in the house or within your community.

We are not also allowed to go to public places and most of it are already closed so we have no choice but to stay in our place.

So far our bpo company is still open but our employees are staying within the community. We have an accommodation for them and we supply food. They are not allowed to report to the office if they are not feeling well. If they have fever, they can’t go to work unless they have medical certificate. I am very strict in the cleanliness in the office. I continue supplying them with Vitamins C.

In the past 3 days, people are restless. I am panicking and worried. I am shocked about the things that are happening in my surroundings. I am worried for my people and of course for my family.

I am also worried for my health, I have diabetes and asthma so I am not really allowed to go out and meet people. Most of the time, I am just staying in the house but still worried. I need to calm down myself or else it will affect my immune system. So, I read books, watch good movies and resting.

I hope that no more new cases and those who got sick will feel better soon. I hope no more deaths as well. I hope that everything will go back to normal.

March 17 Update

Some of our agents are living in Tanay, Rizal so we need to give them a temporary accommodation.

I woke up late because I sleep late, I can’t sleep early because I am monitoring the situation in our office at the same time with the pandemic update. Then, when I checked my phone, I found out that they started walking because there were no transportation.

I am restless… I am thinking about the safety of my people.
My team while they are waiting for hubby to pick them up. They can’t come to the office anymore since no transpo available in their area due to community quarantine.
Most of my agents are staying nearby. I am worried about their safety, specially their health. I provided them Vitamins C and so far they are all healthy and I am thankful for that. They have a positive outlook despite of what is happening. I constantly get in touch with them and I see to it that their well being is taking cared of.
We rented an apartment near to our office, a walking distance from the office and luckily it is big enough for my team to stay. So we got some foam for them to have a comfortable sleep.

The apartment can accommodate at least 7 pax and they can sleep comfortably.

I wish I can provide them more but my resources are also limited. I believe that God will provide and can make things better. All of these are just temporary. I am glad that my agents are still willing to work despite of all these things.

I hope this pandemic will be over soon. I am glad that despite this hardships I can still provide for my people.

March 16 Life Update

The President just announced a total lock down of Luzon. So ang daming affected. Hindi na pwedeng lumabas sa bawat city or provinces. Medyo magulo pa ngayon ang sitwasyon kaya marami pang dapat ayusin sa bagong rules.

Umabot na sa 175 cases ang affected sa Covid-19 as of today.

I am worried since last month, when this Covid-19 started. I never thought that it will be this bad. My bpo business is still okay. I’ve given away Vitamins C to my agents to boost their immune system and now that the lock down is being enforced, the government instructed us to provide accommodation to our agents. So here we go…

We are doing all our best to meet the government request and to take care of our agents at the same time. I have a small business and I have limited resources but I am doing all my best to provide what is needed to my people.

It saddened me because I wish I can provide more but my business is just starting. So all I can do now is offering only what I have. I can’t promise them anything, I can’t give them something that I don’t have. I don’t want to give them false hopes.

I just hope that this pandemic will be over soon. I just hope that we will all survive from this virus.

I know that this thing happened for a reason. As a human being, this brings us one. We fight for this as one. We somehow become human.

Ski Resort

February 14, 2020

We went to Ski Resort

This is our first time.
I was scared and I don’t want to ski. I just wear the boots and the ski outfit so I can get inside the ski resort. You can’t get in if you don’t wear a proper gear and that’s for the safety.

Only hubby and Clint tried the ski and Clint did it so well.
Hubby needs to practice more.
Gareth loves the snow. He enjoyed walking and touching the snow.
Xavier finally made a snow angel. Before our trip, he was already planning of doing this.
Hubby is trying so hard…. good job!
Clint enjoyed skiing so much. He went up and down.
The whole gang 😀

Life Update

Last night, President Duterte ordered a lockdown in Metro Manila. There were some cases in NCR and some nearby provinces. It simply caused panic almost to everyone. We can’t buy any alcohol in the pharmacies and nearby supermarkets. People are hoarding food and everyone seems restless.

Schools are now closed, they cancelled classes until next month and that is good. The kids are now staying at home and I am observing them. Two days ago, the kids had allergies so as soon as I heard them coughing or have colds, I immediately let them take medicines. Now they are already okay. Thank goodness!

About me, yes I am worried but I don’t panic. I make sure that my people are well taken care of. I provided Vitamin C for everyone and we clean our office every hour. I have utility staff to do that and I provide cleaning materials and alcohols. If my employee is not feeling well, we don’t let them come to the office. As of now, there’s no one in Antipolo who got affected. So, we are safe but we really can’t be sure. We can’t let our guard down in this kind of situation.

All we need to do now is boost our immune system. Eat the right food, take enough rest and take vitamins C. Personally, taking rest is really important. I feel weak if I don’t get enough sleep. We don’t go to any public places anymore.

I pray and hope that this corona virus pandemic will be over soon and no more deaths. I hope that all those who are affected will be cure soon and no one will be affected.

Lord God, please protect us always.
