Kansai Airport

When we arrived at the Kansai Airport, I was so amazed!

It was so big and so clean. I immediately used the toilet and oh my… so clean. Then, I got confused of their toilets… parang ang daming pipindutin but later on I figured it out already. ahhahaa

After we passed the immigration, we found out that we need to ride a train to reach to our hotel.

It’s quite confusing using the train but then we had fun.

Good thing, hubby had Waze that made our travel time to Japan more efficient.

So here I am… ready to have fun!

Birthday Getaway

Me and hubby just turned 40 this year and we wanted to celebrate it in a different way.

At first, I wanted a big party but realized that it is not what I really want…

Because I wanted is to be in a place I’ve never been… So we decided to visit Japan. Japan is a dream destination of hubby and since we love Japanese food, we decided that it is indeed the best location to celebrate our 40th birthday!

Early this year, we already booked our ticket, then each month we plan our tours. I let hubby prepare our itineraries because he is more familiar with Japan. Boarding..

I turned 49!

I was not yet okay because of hat happened to my Mother in Law.. but I need to celebrate my 40th Birthday.

School Time

I woke up early for this…

I wanted to take a picture of him wearing complete uniform on their office school day.

Time flies so fast.. he is now in Kinder 2.

I am so proud of him. He learn a lot and grow as a responsible kid.

I love hearing his school stories everytime he went home.

Most of the time when he’s going to school, I’m sleeping but I make sure to wake up the time when he arrives from school because that is our time to talk.

My rainbow baby is growing so fast…

Live Blood Analysis

Lately, I am not feeling good. So many things going on with my system. I had allergies and vertigo attack so I decided to have my live blood analysis just to check the status of my health.

then.. I was so amazed of the results. My blood test went well and it was not that bad at all. Maybe, what I experienced is some hormonal changes since I will be turning forty.

Five years ago, I also had my live blood analysis and the result that time was not as good as now. My blood was so thick and I had some infections. I started taking supplements and watch my diet and do some light exercise.

It was good thing that I started it early and now my system is in excellent condition. I believe that prevention is indeed better than cure. So right now, I am just taking natural supplements to keep up with my health. I know that I can’t function properly if my health is not okay, so taking of my health is my top priority. .

Feeling Better

June 30, 2019 – Sunday

I slept with body pain, so I took alaxan tablet (pain reliever).

When I woke up around 3pm I was so dizzy. I can’t even stand. I had my vertigo attack.

I don’t know what causes it…

I can’t take anything.. I just take it out after I ate something.

I took serc for my vertigo.. it somehow made me feel better but still I was so dizzy. I can’t stand.

After four hours of taking serc, I was so hungry, I tried to get up and eat. Dizziness was gone but still when I lied down and face on the right side I still feel dizzy.

This vertigo is really crazy…

I sleep around 2am and just took bonamine for mild vertigo.

I woke up feeling better..

I can now stand and sit without feeling dizzy anymore but the effect of meds are keeping me sleepy.

Xavier is playing with me and cook something and it somehow feels me better that I’m still alive with my kids. I know that they needed me more more than anyone else that is why I need to be healthy for them.

And I found out that Alaxan tablet side effects are dizziness, nausea and vomiting.

I think I should be careful if I need to take something to avoid any vertigo attack anymore. I remembered the last time I had my vertigo, I also took alaxan tablet… so I think this is the reason why I had this vertigo. I should be very careful next time.

If you have same experience with me after taking such meds please comment…  I just need to know if this is really the cause.
